All dolls are handmade to order.
Processing time depends on the style and number of orders in queue.
Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks after payment is confirmed.

We ship internationally using trusted postal or courier services. The price of all items already includes worldwide shipping.

📮 Tracking

All packages come with a tracking number.
You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
Estimated delivery:

🧸 Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed to the postal service.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will do our best to assist.

📦 Combined Shipping

If you purchase multiple items, we will combine them into one package whenever possible. As shipping is already included in the item price, there will be no additional shipping charges.
