By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Handmade Nature
   All jewelry and items are handmade with care. Small differences or imperfections may appear, and this is part of the charm of handmade art. Please read each listing carefully before purchasing.

2. Orders & Processing Time
   Each piece is made-to-order unless otherwise stated.
   Processing time depends on the style and the current order queue.
   Most orders will be completed and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks.
   We appreciate your patience and understanding with the handmade process.

3. Payments
   We accept PayPal and major credit cards. Orders must be paid in full before we begin creating your piece.

4. Refunds & Returns
   We do not accept returns after the item has been shipped.
   If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you may request a refund.
   Please contact us as soon as possible if there is any issue.

5. Shipping
   We ship worldwide. The price of items already includes shipping. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by postal services or customs.

6. Custom Orders
   Custom jewelry is made based on your requests. Please provide clear references and communicate any important details before production begins. Changes cannot be made after the piece is finished.

7. Use of Photos
   We may share photos of your custom jewelry on social media or in our portfolio unless you request privacy in advance.
